"Great. After seeing how the front porch turned out I decided to have Irving and Randy refurbish the storage/tool building. Ran into issues with the building (old termite damage) however it was repaired and better than new now. It’s no longer a work shed but livable space now. Pole barns and carports are similar in that they rely on posts for support and are often not connected to a primary structure. However, carports are more affordable.

While prices fluctuate because of increased demand, fewer supplies, and engineering time, OSB generally remains more affordable than plywood at $1 to $2.40 per square foot compared to the $4.50 to $10 for plywood. Cost is only one factor you should consider when deciding between OSB and plywood.

While sheds are most certainly helpful for most homeowners, unfortunately, sheds do not add value to a home or property in the traditional sense. However, if the home has limited storage or garage space, having a shed to store things like decorations or lawn equipment can certainly be a positive if you want to sell.
