 + -1 morewas extremely rude and refused to return to check on a problem Hung on on me, but the phone didn't completely hang up Heard him screaming to people in his office that I was an "MF" and should fix the unit on my own Extremely unprofessional, suspect they are rip off artists as well.
Description of Work: put in ac unit one year ago and we just starting having problems there people couldn't find the problem so we called someone else the other company said it was poor installation of the unit they refused to come and check it out - spent 200 dollars just having other companies find their mistake
