I couldn't be happier with the work.  Scheduling the service was relatively easy given we were trying to do it during a time with lots of rain and a severe storm that created emergency work.  The price was good, while not the cheapest quote I had, it was best combination of price and time until the work could be completed.  Nathan was knowledgeable and friendly.  The tree looks great.  I would definitely recommend Nathan to anyone else and plan to contact him for any future work.

The guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He couldn't do exactly what we asked because he said it would hurt the trees. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up very well. I would definitely use them again.

He came by to measure out the property and to perform the drawings first so I could go get the permitting. I did not Nate to charge me for spending time at the permit office. The drawing took a while to complete. Admittedly, I did get frustrated, he was undergoing some business growing pains and had a new addition to the family. He made up for it in the end. It took several trips to the permitting office to get all the final approvals. Once I got the Permit I called Nate and he setup a day for me. He came by and did the entire job and we did not know he was ever there. He came, took down the tree and branches, The front and back yards were cleaner after he came. He treaded extremely lightly and left no evidence of his work. The whole in the ground from the grinding was even back filled. He provides a good service and I understand why he is getting so much attention.

I was really happy with them and I like the way they work. I have used them a couple of times. I decided to use this company because of word of mouth. They also removed a smaller tree from my property through my insurance company. They had all of the equipment they needed and did not have to borrow anything. They were on time, worked diligently and finished the job on time. They cleaned up real nice and I would say their pricing is good.

There were a few large branches of a very large oak tree in my backyard which were hanging over the neighbor's house. The largest one which was about about 8 inches in diameter was broken off at the trunk and was in danger of falling on the house next door. Nathan and the guys showed up on time and took care of the dangerous and potentially costly situation very quickly at and for a very good price. They cleaned up everything thoroughly when finished.

I couldn't be more delighted with this company. Nathan Ridge gave me an estimate and was able to do the work the following day. My palms were in dire need of trimming and are situated among established plantings and next to fencing and a pool area. He and his crew were able to remove all the old, neglected dead fronds and fruit without any damage to the surrounding gardens, fencing or pool area. Everything was cleaned and removed in a remarkably short time. His equipment was able to reach the crown of a 35 ft. palm easily. He did more than I expected, even trimming ragged growth on the trunk of one, leaving them all looking better than they had looked in years! He and his crew were pleasant, polite and punctual.

The tree had termite damage and was too close to the house. We had it removed after Hurricane Issac.

"P-cubed" (professional, punctual and personable) to the rescue once more... Nathan and his crew once again did an incredible job, there were no unexpected surprises and his services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend and will call upon Top Gun again whenever needed!

They did a very good job and they cleaned up beautifully. They were very professional. They called very soon after I've left a message with the company. They set up a time and they showed up on time. We checked everything out. They were very pleasant people. They came with a full crew and they were in and out in probably an hour and a half.

We contacted 2 tree services from Angie's List. Both companies were equally ranked and provided me with estimates. While Top Gun's price was the most reasonable, we would have chosen this company regardless because they were what we refer to as and quot;p-cubedand quot; (professional, punctual and personable). After getting the estimates, we were having great difficulty deciding whether we would have both trees removed or simply have them trimmed. We spoke to Nathan on the phone about our concerns and he came to our house again to discuss our options. When we finally decided what we were going to have done (at least we thought we had), we scheduled the work. Unfortunately for Nathan, we actually changed our minds a number of times up to and including the morning the work was to be performed. Nathan had the patience of Job!!! Not once did he appear irritated by our uncertainty. Instead, he was understanding and only wanted us to be satisfied. After changing our minds not less than 5 times (probably more like 10), we decided to have the oak tree removed and the pecan tree pruned. We could not be happier with the result!!! It was not easy to decide to remove a tree that was as beautiful and magnificent as the oak tree, but it was necessary due to all the damage it was causing and Nathan's patience really helped us to get through it. In addition to doing a fantastic job, I was extremely satisfied with the manner in which Top Gun carried out their services; truly professional and very neat! I will be getting some landscaping done in the very near future and I will DEFINITELY call on Top Gun!

They did an estimate for me on tree service, which I eventually used; but they also did an estimate for me on concrete work and I was not ready to do that. They were very professional, on time and did a phenomenal job. They helped my neighbor who is 79 years old. He came out and saw them doing the trimming work. He showed a tree that he was having a trouble with. They went over and used the tools to help him. I wouldn't use anybody else. I called them again for another tree issue.

It is not easy to remove a tree in a French quarter courtyard because it is all enclosed by the house. They were polite and personable. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They didn't play loud music and they were the first to call back. They were just easy to get along with and they understood what I wanted.

I did a little shopping around fist all. I called TOP GUN, made and appointment. The gentleman showed up as scheduled, told him what I would like done, he gave me a quote. I called a week later to make an appointment for the service to be preformed. The crew showed up at the scheduled time, within a few hours the work was completed. The service met and exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, and upon completion they left my property neat and clean. (They even adopted 3 baby squirrils.) I would not hesitate to recommend them, and plan on using TOP GUN again. Very reasonably price, great value!

Have crype myrtle tree with relatively small output of leaves in Spring. Top Gun applied two treatments of fertilizer, which resulted in plentiful production of flowers and moderate production of leaves. Treatments expected to have more results next Spring in terms of leafing when two additional treatments will be applied. Good experience. Top Gun owner was on site and answered all questions during both treatments. Very professional and timely. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing much to tell. The gentlemen showed up on time, did a good job and were very fairly priced.

This tree job had to be coordinated with Entergy since the tree was close to power lines. It was obvious that the tree was dead but Entergy would only remove the portion above and amp; just below the lines. It was necessary to take down a driveway fence section and amp; gate plus move a storage shed leaving the property exposed. Additionally the back neighbor requested that we allow use of our yard to cut down 2 of their trees since they had no yard access for large trucks or machinery. It was essential to coordinate what Entergy had to do with getting the remainder of the work done - not an easy task since Entergy did not inform us they were coming - they just showed up. Top Gun was very sensitive to our concerns about street exposure and amp; scheduled their work within a few days after Entergy came. The entire job took 3 days. They removed the fence between the yards and relocated the plants in our yard that could be damaged. The plants were replanted after completion and have survived. At no time was there any question as to safety in bringing down the large branches. Each day when they left the yards were totally cleared of any debris that fell. On the third day the rear fence was rebuilt to match the existing fence plus our driveway fence and amp; gate were put back in place with no evidence of ever being moved. It was not part of the agreement but Top Gun also moved the yard shed back in place at no extra charge. Considering the unseasonably high heat index on the 3 days they were working, it did not affect the timeliness of completing the job nor the quality of the work done. This was our second experience with Top Gun. We would not hesitate to recommend them as their professionalism goes beyond expectations.

Job was done quickly and neatly. No damage to lawn. Crew cleaned up after job. If you need any tree work, I recommend Top Gun. I am very hard to please. This was a pleasant experience.

Job was performed in a timely manner and with minimal cleanup upon completion. Extra effort was made to insure that all branches were brought down in a safe manner and with no impact that could result in future subsurface damage. The trees were located in the front yard close to a sometimes busy street. Care was taken that traffic was directed at all times. The company employees were polite and professional and worked well together as a team.
