 + -1 moreHe came and installed plastic connectors around the house and said he would come back later to finish the job. After months and months of calls and waiting I contacted an attorney who confronted him and he admitted he couldn't finish the job as the alarm system needed a special code to activate that he didn't know how to use.
Description of Work: I hired him to come and install the wireless alarm system I needed after my last alarm system was ruined.
