Conrad has come to our rescue so many timesâ  the joy of owning an older home! (Somebody has a voodoo doll on our pipes lol) Heâ  s reliable, dependable and professional. Heâ  s installed a new water heater the same day after our broke and crawled under our house a few times to fix pipes. Yesterday was another emergency and he knew I just had a babyâ  said heâ  d fix it that same day so Iâ  d have water running. A lifesaver! Highly recommend!

The technician was friendly. He wore a mask the entire time big ups. He helped me pump the water out of my home. He waited almost 2 hours on my home warranty company to approve my xlaim he also made sure itvgot done the same day because the hwc wanted me to wait til Monday and the water had been leaking since Thursday and today is Saturday. He actually gave me a Monday appointment but when I called and told him what was going on he came right away and he even fixed my condenser spout while waiting on the approval just because he thought the drip was unsafe.. really appreciate the the time and work he did I would highly recommend him.😊😊
