Frank provided a realistic estimate of what the work would entail and he held costs very close to the estimate. He provided us with a list of companies/locations for ordering various items needed for the remodel and he walked us thru the process of selecting the appropriate tub, vanity, etc. Frank and his crew were very prompt and professional from start to finish. The tile work (both shower and floor) was of excellent quality, in fact, a competing contractor friend of ours commented on the excellent quality of tile work. Multi-craft was also very careful not to damage the finished walls and floors in the rest of our house. The brought numerous items up and down the stairs without nicking walls or scratching the wood flooring. Frank was also very patient with us as we went through the process of selecting the necessary amenities, over which my wife and I had many debates. In the end, our bathroom is very beautiful and we are pleased with the work done by Multi-craft. No detail was overlooked during the remodel and it shows - we are very happy with the result!
