Highly recommended! Exactly what we were hoping for. The workers were courteous & professional. Cleaned up after they were finished. We are so happy with our patio cover & everyone who comes over complements the work, as well.

I talked to Joe and he said that Paul would call me that evening or the next day. Nobody ever called back. I kind of blame some of it to the heat and humidity.

Very responsive to set up appointment for estimate. Requested an estimate to repair an existing fence at rental house with low budget repair rather than new replacement. Joel and his crew were very thorough in inspection of fence and provided estimate before he left. Once his bid was selected, he was able to set up appointment for next day service. Very careful, diligent work, left area very clean. Went above and beyond to make repair look as good as possible. Worker was very industrious to make the repair with existing materials (other than new poles and setting concrete) and make it look good. He even added small rocks to the concrete patches at pole base to look like adjacent concrete. Extremely pleased with outcome, quality of work and ease of working with this company.

I spoke to Joel Ross on a Monday and he came over that afternoon and gave me his estimate. Mind you he came from the West Bank to northern Mandeville. We measured it up and I told him what I wanted. He stated that they could start Tuesday setting the poles and once the boards came in he would complete the rest. (The fence boards had to be ordered and milled. They weren't standard big box store pine but No. 1 cedar) He asked for a down payment which I gave him. He and his crew returned on Tuesday and set all of the poles. I spoke to him that afternoon and he said he'd call me as soon as the boards were ready. He called me on Wednesday night, said the boards were in and that he'd be there Thursday morning to finish the job. He called me around 3:00 PM on Thursday and said they were just about finished. When I got there they were wrapping up. I walked the fence with Joel and everything was as expected. The crew cleaned up while I wrote out the check for the balance of the work. After all that was taken care of they hauled the trash to the curb as my trash pickup was on Friday. Overall I am very satisfied with the fence and J&J's professionalism.
