I called them before because I bought the Whirlpool water heater from them. They called another company but they didn't want to repair it, they wanted to replace it. It actually has a 6 year warranty on it but it's been totally problematic. No-one knows anything about water heaters over there. I had to go online to research it. I thought it was a good price. I sold it myself. The people who came had no idea. I think they've cut down on their staff quite a bit. There are no longer people who are knowledgeable about what they sell. At one time, they were pretty good, better than other companies.
