We needed a "lower pressure" softwashing on our home to remove dirt and organics for the entire two story old New Orleans house (walls, gutters, shutters, dormers, front and back balconies, front porch, and back screened porch). The outcome was great. We could see that by having this job done that the paint on the entire house walls was still in very good condition and should last us a little while longer (especially with the grime removed). Yay! Harold Bourgeois was referred to us by a paint company that was going to do some touch-up work on our porch floors and railings. We were glad that we took their advice. One thing about old New Orleans houses is that sometimes the doors and windows don't shut well. We just stood by with towels for those particular doors and windows to catch any dribbles. Harold was quick to get back to us when we first contacted him. Harold and his one man crew did the complete job. Hardy plants (such as camellias and gardenias) will do well, but tender vegetation (such as begonias) right next to your house may not.
