It went very well.  I first received a 'courtesy' estimate for removing a few small dents from my car, and the original estimate was $75.  However, when the 'dent guy' was available for the final estimate, it was more like $300.  So, that was a big jump in the price.  However, everyone was so very friendly to me, and they have the 'paintless' dent removal, which is what I wanted.  "Oleg" performed the dent removal.  He was very friendly, and offered to accommodate me on the spot...I assure you service like this is very rare these days.  He even took me to his work station to show me how he removes the dents.  I must admit it lifted my spirits when Oleg was very surprised that I correctly guessed that he was from Russia.  I teased him about the Russian Mafia...he laughed heartily.  Jerome was the person who accommodated me for the appointment.  I enjoyed chatting with him while I waited for Oleg to  remove the dents.  Everyone was so very friendly.  It's been a very long time since I've patronized a business where everyone was so friendly.  I would definitely return there if I needed more work on my vehicle.  I do highly recommend the shop.  The dents were completely removed and I was very pleased by the results!!
