It went great! I found Enrique and DownSouth Renovations here on Angies list. I decided to transform my Bachelor Pad into a quaint "Starter Home" to get it ready to sell. Downsouth Renovations made the experience stress-free. Enrique and his team were very professional, punctual, and paid enormous attention to detail. I would strongly recommend Downsouth Renovations to anybody!

The construction of the deck was excellent with attention to every detail. The work was completed on time and we were very satisfied with the end result. The price was reasonable and communication was prompt and courteous.

It went extremely well! After getting 4 quotes from other contractors, I decided to go with Down South Renovations based on their very competitive quote and my budget. Enrique was very responsive to my questions at all times during the day and essentially took care of all the materials needed. The project stayed within the estimated time of completion. More importantly, the specialized employees, plumber and electrician were able to troubleshoot and resolve issues the same day and still stay within my budget. Enrique’s expertise in renovations allowed him to suggest details that we didn’t even think of during the planning phase. His services are highly recommended!

We needed a ramp built quickly for a family member suddenly in a wheelchair. Downsouth Renovations did quick, quality work. They squeezed us in even though they were already booked and gave me a good price. They built the ramp such that we won't have to do repairs when we take it out in the future. Highly recommended!

Excellent! I was provided a detailed bid of work to be done. There was no question as to what was to be completed and when. I was very happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire again. Owner was available to answer all my questions and offer recommendations. Work area was left clean.
