Norman did an awesome job on a claw foot tub for me and even helped me get it fixed after someone dropped it and cracked the glazing job he did(not Norman). Awesome job and a really nice guy. I drove from West Monroe to New Orleans and well worth the trip. I won't use anyone else.

Extremely professional from the very first phone call. Answered every question I had and inspired confidence in my decision. Did not have to wait long to have the work done. Arrived on time on the scheduled date, even called to say they were on their way. Finished the work in the stated amount of time and left no clean-up problems. Very professional and polite. A small "bubble' appeared in the new finish about 10 days later. It was fixed right away without any problem. They stand by their work. Norm and Tina are the best!

As of August 2010 the finish in the bathroom sink was starting to deteriorate and chip off in places. I contacted the company and left messages many times over a two month period but never got a response. I feel something happened in the lives of the owners that greatly affected the business but that was no excuse to never retun my calls.
