Repairman called before coming and was able to come earlier then the scheduled time. Examined the dryer and figured out what part was needed. Left to get the part, return and installed - dryer works great now. He also cleaned all the lint out of the dryer area and clean the vent. Price was very good and the repair went smoothly

These fellows really know what they are doing. I could not be more pleased.

We were having problems with our washer. When we called,we were able to get an appointment the next day. Mr. Russell showed up on time and began trouble shooting or washer,then determined that the fill valve was bad. He then called and got a price quote and let us know the price and ordered the part after i gave him the ok. After a few days washer started acting up again,so my wife called him back and he returned at the time we requested and took care of the problem.After a approx. a couple weeks washer started acting up again with a different error code.My wife called Mr. Russell again and told him about the problem and he came back again at a time of our convenience at no extra charge. After trouble shooting he found out that now the pump had gone out. i was a little leery about spending more money,but decided to have him fix it any way. Mr. Russell then ordered the part and changed it at no extra labor charge. Then after a couple of hours the same error code came up again,so my wife called Mr.Russell and told him and he said as soon as he finished his other calls on the east bank,that he would come back to check it out again which we said that was ok. Mr. Russell then came back and took his time to check everything then he found that washer had a basket kind of filter that had clogged up with lint that had built up since 2009 . He cleaned it out and now washer is working fine. Mr. Russell was very courteous and professional.If needed we will definitely use him again and highly recommend him and refer him to anyone who asks

Great! Very professional. Had to head back into town to pick up needed parts. Returned promptly and got the job done quickly and skillfully. 2nd time I have used this company and very happy with the results. I will always call them for any future needed repairs.

Compressor was worn out. Fridge was totaled.

Diagnosed problem as being the actual ice maker and not the ice photocell sensor as i had previously thought. We discussed issue previously over the phone; he brought photocell sensor and ice maker just in case. Made the repair on site; 30 minutes and the job was completed.

Working perfect. And he gave me several tips for maintenance.

The repairman showed up on time. Moreover, he had diagnosed the symptoms in advance and showed up with the part in hand, thus removing the need for a second call. (He uses manufacturer's parts, not third-party parts.) The repair was conducted quickly and the problem was solved. In addition, he inspected the belt and removed lint from inside the dryer. This repair was a great example of how repairs should be conducted. The repairman was experienced, pleasant, and highly competent, and he answered my other questions about the appliance. A+ for A&R!

The dishwasher motor was shot. The bearings weren't good anymore. It was going to cost $475 incl parts and labor to replace it and we decided to get a new one. The range was fine. Daniel was awesome. He explained the issues and gave his recommendations. I would highly recommend this company. $75 service charge is VERY Fair. I can't tell you how many other firms want to charge you $125 or even more to just look without fixing anything and without giving you a credit for this charge upon completing the repair.

What stood out was their overall friendly service and they cleaned up as they left the home.

Another great job by Russell. He figured out the problem right away and could fix it on the spot because he had the replacement part in his truck. No more gas leak when I use the oven.

HIghly recommend this company. Russell adjusted his schedule so I could get quick service without having to take off of work, and was very quickly able to address both problems (for one of them I will need an electrician). Very sweet and considerate individual. The woman who set up the appointment also gave me some good advice about dealing with the wet clothes and non-draining washer before my appointment.

The repair man was outstanding.  He arrived on time and finished the repair quickly.  The fixes were small and the service charge was reasonable.

Found the problem. Replaced the broken part that he had in his truck. Service call was easy and he was a great help. Tenants are happy.

He came out when I wasn't at home. My tenants let him in and hung out while he fixed their oven and mine (shotgun house). One oven is a modern one; the other is from the 1940s and hasn't worked since I bought it. 
My tenants said he was the best, nicest guy, explained everything thoroughly, and was just a pleasure to be around. He kept in good phone contact with me while I was at work, explaining everything, and I was able to pay over the phone. And when all was said & done, it was way more affordable than I thought it would be, and now I can use the oven I bought three years ago! Oh the cookies I have made since he came & worked his magic. (And BTW, other repair people either refused to come look at it because it's 70 years old, or else said there was a minimum $150 charge to even give it a gander. Jerks.) 
All in all, I would absolutely call him for anything else that breaks.  I mean, let's hope nothing breaks, but it won't be unpleasant if & when it does.

Extremely satisfied.  They called me on Monday after I sent an email over weekend, and work was scheduled.  Russell arrived when he told me he would and he did a good job and very professional.
