We had a huge issue regarding the 1st treatment. They did not show up twice and the owner Brett Lieberman finally contacted us and came out on a Saturday morning to do the treatment. We had another treatment on June 25th. That one went fine but they only sprayed around the house and pool area. We contracted for 1 - 2 acre treatment so the mosquitos in the front are still there. They came out again on July 27th and did the treatment only around the house again, and then it stormed within an hour or two. (Treatment was a waste and the excuse of not being able to come out due to the weather didn't matter on this day).
They did not come out at all during the month of August. When I spoke to Reyna yesterday, she said the technician was here on the 24th. That was a huge surprise since there is no way he would have been able to access the property with 4 large dogs. He would have been bitten. She then backtracked and said that no he hadn't been there, that he was scheduled, but did not come out. We scheduled an apt for today between 8 am - 9 am. I called at 10 am to find out where the technician was and was told that he had a situation and was in Maryland. I explained to her that this season has been a waste, they are not doing what they were contracted to do, not covering the full 1 - 2 acres, and not showing up period. I requested a refund and will find someone who wants to actually do the work that was contracted. spraying around the house isn't helping since we actually use our yard and not treating the whole property is worthless. Waiting to see if the owner Brett Lieberman calls. Truly disappointed since we used them last year and they did fine. Not sure what the issue is, but we will not recommend them or use them in the future.
UPDATE: September 4, 2015
Brett Lieberman contacted me yesterday afternoon. He apologized for the situation and accepted responsibility for the issues that we were having with the contracted service. He personally came out last night to do the mosquito and tick treatment himself and made sure that we had his cell phone number and email in case there was any other issues for the remainder of the contract. We really appreciated the fact that he made sure that we were satisfied and also encouraged us to let him know when/if we had any other issues. He also called me again this afternoon to follow-up with us after the treatment yesterday. Based on this latest interaction with Brett, we would are changing our rating back to an A.

Kelly and John did a fantastic job for us. They showed up on time, worked hard for several days and finished all the things we needed. And we go the renter in quickly. Without them the house would still be standing empty. I will use them again for other projects. This company is top tier! They are the professionals! If you want quality work for a great price these are your guys! Great job on my property!
Very courteous & took the time to answer all my questions. Completed appraisal in two weeks & my appraisal included my home plus 15 acres.

We used them consistently for three years. Overall, they were good. I didn't have any complaints. The customer service was average and not spectacular. The technicians who came out were very good. They were polite, professional, and respectful of my property. I would use them again if needed.
They offer a very friendly service and have a good follow-up system. They are very thorough and they keep me informed as to what is going on. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is in order and helps me maintain my property.

An appraisal is an opinion of value, so anything that is expected to boost your home value is likely to work in your favor when it comes to the appraisal. Things like improving your curb appeal, painting, refinishing floors, and taking care of minor repairs are all good investments prior to ordering an appraisal. It’s also a good idea to clear out any clutter and complete a deep clean beforehand to show your property in the best light possible.
Appraisals aren’t required by law to complete a real estate transaction, but it’s unlikely that a lender will allow a buyer to close on a property without an appraisal, so, effectively, they are usually required. Your mortgage lender uses the property as collateral for your loan, and the appraisal is what the lender will base the mortgage on to confirm the value is there to justify their investment.
The average cost of a property appraisal is around $355, but different appraisers in your area could charge anywhere from $250 to $500. Appraisals for larger properties will often cost more, as will valuations for older properties. Appraisers will use homes in the surrounding area to help determine a valuation as well, so if your home doesn’t conform to the neighborhood standards, the valuation will require more work and will likely cost more.
A licensed appraiser is the only individual that can carry out a property appraisal. You should always check to ensure an appraiser you’re considering has the proper licensing from your state. Additionally, since an appraisal is meant to be an unbiased opinion of a property’s value, you should confirm that the appraiser doesn’t have ties to any other party in the sale of the property.
Anyone can hire a property appraiser to confirm the inherent value of a property, but the buyer or buyer’s lender will usually choose the appraiser and pay the individual for their opinion. It’s also not uncommon for the seller’s side in a real estate transaction to hire an appraiser in order to justify an asking price or negotiate a higher selling price.
