What they didn't do is the problem. First the funeral director we conferenced with didn't even show up for the service. He did not advise the one who was there about what we had discussed. My daughter had to make sure that things went smoothly. They left my father-in-laws name out of the program. Needless to say he was so upset that we are still suffering repercussions nearly 2yers later. They offered to reprint the programs and they reprinted them 5 times before they got them correct. The obituary was not posted until 3 weeks after the service. When we went back to talk to them about the lack of service we received, they offered to make us some memorial candles to make up for it. As is anything they did at that point could help. We buried my husband 200 miles away from where we live. The funeral home did not make arrangements with the cemetery to have the needed equipment there to lower the casket.
