Will was punctual, efficient and explained all of the deficiencies of the home.  He taught me about all of the problems and what could happen if the problems were not corrected.  Will did say that no home is perfect and that each home has problems.  Most of these problems if addressed should allow a person to get many years of enjoyment and comfort from their home.  Will expected me to be present during the inspection.  It took him about an hour to go over the home and check each of the systems.  When he was finished he showed me the problems both small and large.  He also gave me an indication of which problems should be addressed soon and which ones could wait a little while.  I had the written report from Will within 12 hours of the inspection being performed.  His professionalism has allowed me to have confidence in the home that I am about to purchase.
