+ 0 moreThe owner was easy to get a hold of before and during my install. Once a sensor and a camera were broken, he stopped answering my calls or returning my calls. I have texted him 3 times and called and left messages 3 Times. On my last message, I explained that I was extremely frustrated that he was not responding to me at all and if I didn’t hear back, I was prepared to file a complaint with the BBB. He still has not responded. So, now I’m stuck with broken equipment. Do not hire this company. The owner’s name is James. Ugh
