Title Companies
Called the broker to get a quote on new insurance policy for an additional location and to talk about renewing the existing policy for the current location. It took the agent three days to return my call and to get my requirements. I didn't get a call back for a week so I called the agent and left him a voice mail asking if he had any preliminary information on the new policy. I never got a call back and had to go with another insurance broker for both the existing and new policies. Pretty poor for a "service" company.
