A little tricky to get to if you aren't familiar with the service road, but plenty of parking.  Staff was friendly, appointment was right on time.  Doctor was very friendly and provided a check up of our new puppy, gave a heart worm pill, and a shot.  Had a follow up visit 2 weeks later and all went well.

They were nice and very thorough.

I have been taking my two indoor cats to Dr. Shannon for 10 years and highly recommend them. They call to follow up on treatments, even on the weekend.

So far, so wonderful. I have 10 weeks of Rand R ahead.

Have four dogs that each have their own medical challenges and I feel that this clinic has been able to assist me with their care in every case. Even the most challenging case, a very unusual ear infection, they worked WITH me to figure out what the problem was and they worked to minimize the costs of diagnosing and treating it. When it was determined that my dog had antibiotic resistant bacterial infection in his ears (quite rare) that required a very special treatment, they did not hesitate to refer me to the Veterinary Specialty clinic. They discuss diagnoses and work on them as a team and are not afraid to refer when they reach the limits of their skills/knowledge.

Dropped my dog off in the morning, prior to going to work and got a call that he was ready in the afternoon. I picked him up as soon after the call as I could get there. He looked great. Excellent grooming and really true and quot;scottieand quot; cut (not a modified schnauzer). He was very nervous when I picked him up and stayed nervous after he got home.
I would go back for the grooming any time, IF I knew how to get him in, groomed and out as quickly as possible - - leaving him most of the day is not a good idea for him.

They give an excellent service.

I like the whole bunch of them and I have used them for several years. They are very good and I would continue to use them in the future.

I am an animal lover and have a lot of rescue animals, and have lots of choices where I send my pets. I have never been to a veterinarian's office where the people that work there are so indifferent to the animals. I want to feel that when I board my animals that they will be in the best care and I have never felt that the majority of people that work there even like animals! I will not be back. There are too many great Veterinarians out there to choose from and that would love the amount of money that I pay them each year.

Dr Maxwell is very professional. He is gentle but firm with the dogs. I have used this clinic for five years and have no complaints other than animal care in general is very expensive. But they have never forced anything on us. I have also seen the other two vets there and both are very good. I have total confidence in their diagnosis and experience. Have also used their grooming service with Hollie who is top notch!
