 + -1 moreMr. Reece came out the first day I called him. He gave me a price of 5k. I told him I could not afford that. No problem he left. The next day, he told me he could do the job for $3000. He never told me what was going to be done exactly, although he stated that he would have a schematic. I said fine and he came to my house. I wanted to pay him on the spot, but he did not have his credit card machine. My wife found out about the gift and stated she did not want it. I texted Mr. Reece of this decision and he responded "At what point does a man's word actually mean something?" Very professional - NOT.
Description of Work: Requested a price to redo my front gardens for my wife's christmas present.
