I called Mike last Monday (5/20/13) to see if Majestic would be willing to re-stretch the old carpet in the hall of my home, and also one bedroom in a rental house. He said that he would check with his installer and get back to me. Mike called me Tuesday am, and said that his installers could do both houses Wednesday am. We agreed on the price.
The installers showed up a little before the scheduled time, fixed the carpet in the rental house, then came to my home and fixed the carpet in the hall. This was a bit complicated as it was wall-to-wall and continuous into stairs and three bedrooms all in different directions. Even though the carpet in the rental house was 5 years old, and in my home more than 20 years old, the job came out looking great. The installers were very professional, and did an excellent job. I will use the again.

They were delightful to work with. The company representative, Cristen was willing to help me with a very small job when I was unable to get other installers to come out to my house. The installers could not have been nicer. They were on time, did the job well, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company to do business with.

Contacted the representative I worked with before. We set up an appt to select the carpet, padding, and determine how much needed to be ordered. She kept me informed on the progression of the order and was responsive to all my needs. She was very accomodating with the installation schedule. The installers arrived right on time and worked from start to finish with only a slight break for lunch. They were very helpful and patient with re-placement of my furniture and cleaned up once the job was completed.
