The repairs are excellent. Roy the owner, Alysia and the mechanics (especially Will) are all very knowledgable and courteous. Very responsive to phone calls and questions/concerns.  It took a while to get the car back because they are so busy (popular), and they made sure to address additional issues that were evident after disassembling the vehicle, instead of just slapping it back together. We saved money by replacing some parts (aging belts and hoses) that the mechanic noticed would need to be replaced very soon because of age, not the accident, but were much easier to access with the car taken apart than later, so we added that to repairs. Lake way is very HONEST and meticulous to detail, so it is very worth a bit of extra time to have repairs done right the first time. Everyone I have referred to Lakeway has been extremely happy with them. One friend had their truck repaired there last month and another truck I  is there now. My son has a BMW, and I had a Honda that I no longer own that was repaired there. Both jobs were completed to our satisfaction.
