+ -1 moreKarl is a very charming person. There is a disconnect between his promises and intentions and his ability to deliver. Calling upon his years in the industry and having never left a project , He made so many construction mistakes the entire second floor collapsed nearly killing three men during construction. Quick to remedy the situation he left a trail of problems and took the money and ran.
