They are wonderful and have the best prices in town. I have previous experience with them before I moved and have been working with them since I moved back.

Gave an estimate and explained what was to be done. Completed work in time frame given us and within estimate. Very friendly people to deal with.

K T Automotive Inc was so nice. I took my car in because, I have a Honda 2006CRV, for the last six months every time I used it these horrible lights came on. The manual said if the light was yellow, caution. But if it was orange or red I could die! I knew if I went to Honda they would charge me a fortune. I went somewhere else and they said it was out of their pay scale, you need to go to a repair shop. They said it was a computer chip in my tire because it was out of balance. I left the car for the day at K T Automotive and when I went back they said it was just the brake fluid. Now, I get my oil changed constantly, which means they're supposed to be checking that. I said how much do I owe you and they said, oh, nothing - we just put brake fluid in your car, you don't owe us anything. We tested it, and it's fine. We left my husband's car with them because another car company had punctured his radiator and he had nothing but headaches. So we had another nice car job from them. But NOONE does car work and doesn't charge you. For them to - they had to look at the car and drive it around and work on it - and I've had it now for a month and this light hasn't come on. At least they should have charged me $50 for that, but here is a car place that's not trying to rip people off. And then there was the work on my husband's car. I want to give them a two thumbs up because there was a place that could have charged me and didn't.

They caused another problem. They tried to deny it. They finally did correct the problem we thought but ended up taking it to another shop to get it done properly. I will never go back to them. In my opinion they treat women with disrespect.
