HANSON'S ELECTRICAL SVC

The heater vent light needed to be changed as it was an older model which required them to cut Sheetrock. They did explain that a "small" strip of Sheetrock would have to be cut. Well, it was more than a strip! The young gentleman who performed the job was the owners son who obviously needs more training. I had a family member who use to do electrical work check out what they had done. The vent hose was not even connected to the vent and there was not a romex connector where there should have been one. We had to call them to come back 3 more times that day and he still didn't do it correctly! They were very quick to cash their check as soon as they left. We had to have this done in a timely manner as we were having inspections on our home. Keith who is supposedly the "superintendent" of the company was very upset that I called him on a weekend to have them come out for the 5th time to fix the problem. I must say I have never had a "professional" speak so harshly to me! He told me to "lose his number and if my family member knows so much about electrical work to have them fix it". I requested he have the owner call me. He then stated the owner said "he ain't calling you". Much to my surprise the owner finally did call and had Keith come out the next day and attempt to fix it AGAIN. The Sheetrock repair company came out afterwards and noticed the vent was left hanging and still was not installed correctly! Very unprofessional group of people and left the job sight very messy! The price charged was quite high as well.
