This shop is great. I am happy to have found a auto shop in this area. Now, don't go here and expect bottom dollar prices! What you get is a fair price from a shop that has been in business for a long time in GNO. I have found you can trust a mechanic who knows what their work is worth. The job they did for us was finished in a day. I will gladly return to Eric's for any other car problems we have.

We have used Eric several times and friends that have BMW, Ford truck, volkswagen, Nissan SUV, Honda, and two classic Chevy hot rods were all very satisfied with Eric, so I would 100% recommend him to work on any type of vehicle.

At 200,000 miles, it was time to replace the timing belt again on my wife's 2002 Neon. Eric recommended also replacing the water pump and other worn parts, explaining that it would add about $150 more but save more cost down the road. I agreed and authorized the more extensive work. While doing the work, his partner, Steven, discovered that the valve cover gasket was breached and two of the spark plug wells were filling with oil. Eric told me about this and I authorized the extra work. We are very satisfied with the work on this car.

I was pleased with their work. He did a great job. I have a good warranty with it. My son is pleased with the way his car is running. I have heard really good things about him. He may not be the cheapest but he does good work. He is on the up and up.

I went by and had Eric check what was leaking from my car. He immediately put my car up on the rack and discovered I needed a new transmission seal. I couldn't leave it so we scheduled for the next day. He put in a some transmission fluid to make sure I didn't run dry. The next day I dropped it off and a few hours later he called and told me it was ready. He had changed the seal and cleaned up all the fluid from the pan, etc.

I have had my car there for several different things and he has always been courteous, professional, prompt, and very honest. He really knows what he is doing! I was told by someone that he may be a little more expensive than others but he is surely worth it! I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. Highly recommend.
