Contacted D*** Industries who is sole vendor for windows and doors installed throughout our home, Weather Shield, very expensive metal clad, double paned doors and windows. It took several calls to reach the sales person who did not return calls; made appointments, rescheduled appointments and still did not keep them. No follow-up or return of phone calls for three weeks following one-hour on-site evaluation of replacing two sets of double French doors and several window panes that had failed to maintain their seals. Weather Shield are very expensive doors have rotted and panes have lost seal within seven years of installation. Original material and installation was not by D*** Industries, although they are the sole remaining vendor in the greater New Orleans metropolitan area for Weather Shield. Would not recommend either D*** Industries or Weather Shield.
