Punctual and professional about setting up first meeting. Took notes, measured, asked specific questions, etc. No idea what went wrong after that, though! He was supposed to call back with a quote but did not, even after two phone messages were left.
If you don't want the job or can't do it, the professional thing to do is simply call and say so. Very strange that he never got back at all, definitely not "Dependable"! Maybe there was some personal emergency??? Still, it's over 2 months and still no response...

Vincent with Dependable Fence and Outdoors was a pleasure to do business with. He had plenty of ideas and even ways to save money.
