custom cabinets
 + -1 moreAfter the initial 10 days had passed, we contacted Trevor to see about the base cabinet. Again, he was very nice, and promised to get it done within another week. Another MONTH passed, and I asked for my deposit back from him. (We were waiting on the base cabinet to be able to template a new countertop, which he knew.) He promised again to get it to us the following Wednesday. On Wed, we called to confirm he was coming. Yes, he said. That afternoon, we called again to confirm the base cabinet was being delivered. Yes, he said. Five hours later, he did not come. The next day, he said we would be the second delivery. I would not wait for him. The base cabinet was left on our front porch, and the finished side was wrong-side out. No drawers, no drawer fronts. More back and forth bantor, and to this day in June, we still do not have drawers or cabinet fronts....Oh, and the small strip of wood that was to replace a strip we had - well, it was the wrong size. We will have someone else cut it down. The drawer "openings" also do not match the drawer openings of the cabinet he was to match. When we came by his shop, the owner was always courteous and would promise us whatever we wanted to hear. Amazing.
Description of Work: We had a base cabinet with 3 drawers we wanted duplicated. Trevor, the owner, was very nice when he came over, and promised us he would have our one base cabinet completed within a week to 10 days. We wrote a check on February 4th for $175.00 for the deposit, and he took measurements to match existing cabinets. He was also going to replace a small strip of wood between two cabinets with a better quality piece of wood.
