CONNIE SEITZ INTERIOR DESIGN

Since I work a hectic schedule that prevented me from being able to shop in-store for a recent bathroom remodel project with a tight deadline, I hired Connie Seitz Interior Design on referral from my real estate agent to assist me. I thought that I was pretty clear that my purpose in hiring her was to due to my lack of free time for shopping retail outlets and the need to have decisions made quick. She expressed understanding and so I proceeded to have her and her assistant meet my fiancée to view the project and pick up a folder of my ideas for the room to assist them in helping me make decisions as well as with a list of what needed to be decided on and when. Her assistant got back to me with a floor plan which was insightful but not what I asked for and ultimately not useful to me. I asked for her plumbing fixture recommendations which I needed in just 2 days. She got back to me 4 days later apologizing for their recent busy schedule and recommending that I shop at Home Depot and Southland Plumbing for these. Needless to say I was disappointed since this didn't help me much and ultimately wasted my time since in the amount of time I spent waiting for the recommendations could have been spent doing the retail shopping on my own online (which I ended up doing) or working with a decorator that was actually helping me.
