We went with Campbell because of a discount we received through our general contractor. We had to repeatedly contact our sales associate anytime we wanted information or follow up. When creating the quote, rather than talking to us when she was unable to get our preferred countertops for our budget, she quoted us for a product that we had specifically said we did nip out want. Further, she did not tell us. We found out when we tried confirming the color selection. This sent us scrambling to make a new selection between either paying twice what we were quoted or going with a product we didn't want. Unfortunately, that late in the process, we had to go with the product we didn't want. Had we been made aware of the issue, we could have revised our budget and made other decisions earlier, allowing for more money then. Sale person did not discuss trim for the cabinets. When I asked about it after the cabinets were installed and had an unsightly and uneven gap along the top, I was told I would have to pay additional installation fees to have trim installed. We requested soft-close drawers, but they were not included. Again, afterwards, we were told sale associate went with standard to meet our budget. And, again, if we had been told, we could have revisited the budget. Finally, when I confirmed the stone selection, I made a selection that changed the cost. We were in a time crunch to get things completed before the holidays. There was some paperwork they required that I did not know about. Rather than call me, the sales associate called the stone yard and stopped them. The only way I knew of the delay was when I called to confirm delivery the next day. It ended up being delayed over a week because of lack of communication. I will never use this company again, nor recommend them to a friend.
