Scheduled to be a one day job.  Selected shutters with an exterior frame due to windows that open inward.  Installer arrived promptly on day of install.  It was noted that 2 of the shutters were sent to the wrong job site, not happy about that as it meant scheduling another day to be home for the install.  I did insist that they return the next day which they did.  Overall, shutters look nice, quality seems a bit flimsy.  Having the exterior mounting option also revealed that any window casing that's out of square will be quite noticeable when you open the shutter.  As such, I am having to paint each casing to match the shutter.  Two negatives:  1.) The installer used a nail gun to shoot finishing nails through the bottom of the shutter frame to hold the shutter in place while he screws it in.  The screws are covered by the molding which snaps in.  The nails often did not go all the way in and even with a punch and hammer I cannot get them flush for fear of damaging the shutter.  You can also see the nails did not always go in straight and can be seen sticking through the frame into the window sill.  2.). One of the shutter's hinges rattle quite a bit.  The owner stated that he would order new hinges and either install them or send them to me.  It's been nearly 5 months and I haven't heard back.  I haven't  called them because frankly I am tired of having to chase people to finish work they have already been paid to do.  
All in all I would consider using them again but I would be hesitant to let them use the nail gun as that really ruined the fit and finish of the work.
