Fantastic! John has maintained this vintage but wonderful oven for years and was able to find a problem with the breaker switch that again saved us a fortune. We love Best Service!

My dish washer stated making a very loud noise. Called to set up an appointment and he came out the next day. He replied the washer motor and gave me some tips on how to keep the machine running in top shape. I paid $300 for the service but most of that was the new washer motor. His labor is very reasonable.

He found the problem quickly. Unfortunately, the motor is on it's last leg. He did put together a cheap repair that should keep it running as long as possible. Good guy and reasonable priced. He got me an appointment quickly and was finished in about an hour or so. The best part about the experience was that I didn't have to load my mower into my truck and bring it in to a shop just to wait days for an estimate. I would use him again.

Repair went OK, but price was high for the work done. $180 for 1 hours work and an inexpensive part if bought elsewhere.

A competitor had offered to come out in 6 days.  John said that he could come the same day, and he did.  He had the needed  small parts with him.   An hour later, my appliance was up and running, and the bill was minimal.  Nice man, good work, realistic price.  He will be my go to repairman.  I highly recommend him.

I have used them for years. I have always been satisfied with the service. It was a reasonable price. He does extra things. He showed me how to clean my cooked up and showed me how to use a cleaner in the kitchen. He gives a little extra service. He's always prompt. When he says he's coming at a certain time, he comes. I'm very pleased with them. I've used them for 25 years. I've never had any complaints. The price was fine. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I called John on a Tuesday or Wednesday because our dishwasher was leaking water.  He was able to come out the following day to take a look at it. He was very pleasant and was able to locate the problem. He gave us suggestions to hopefully prevent the problem from reoccuring in the future. I cannot comment if the price was reasonable or not since this was my first time needing an appliance repaired. He does charge a minimum of $90 or $95 to come out I believe. I would use him again.

John was very prompt and was the third call that I made that day to find someone to come out and look at the dishwasher. He came later that day. He detected a bad temperature sensor in the dishwasher causing the drain pump not to work. We got it to work after resetting the dishwasher and removing the temperature sensor. Too him about an hour total. I have no idea what the cost of a repair man is as this is the first time I have had to call one out so I am not sure whether that was a good price or not.

I left a voicemail on a Sunday and Mr. Culotta called me back during half time of the football game that same day.  We scheduled an appointment for the next morning.  He even arrived early when I called him Monday morning and asked if he could come earlier.

Prior to Mr. Culotta's repair, I had two large nonfunctioning microwaves.  By the time he left my home, I had two large fully functioning microwaves for the cost of purchasing a new SMALLER microwave.

Very capable, professional, quick and willing to explain the work he was doing.  I will certainly call Mr. Culotta when I need his service again!

John was very courteous and professional.  He kept his appointment on time.  During the troubleshooting, he explained what he was doing and why.  He explained the costs of the parts and his time.

John was very professional.  We call on Monday forgetting that it was Labor Day.  My husband remember it was a holiday and didn't leave a message preferring to call on Tuesday.  An hour later John called us talked to my husband about the problem and made and appointment for the next day, early afternoon.  He called Tuesday to obtain the model number and stated he would be about 2PM.  He arrived at 2:05PM.  He had a hunch it was the water intake valve had the correct part with him and changed out the valve in less than an hour,   He was prompt, courteous, worked efficiently, and was reasonably priced.  We would definitely use his service again and would recommend him to others.

Excellent! He saved me a bunch of money, its an old oven and they no longer make the part that failed but he went out of his way to find the part and replaced it no problem. Great work.

John was at my house within an hour of my phone call.  He went right to work.  Checked parts and wires on my dishwasher.. He had it working again and even gave me some tips if the problem occurs again.  I am happy to know he also fixes microwaves and other appliances.  I will surely use him again.

He could have charged me more as I thought the power board in the oven needed to be replaced, but he said it could be repaired and did so at  considerable lower costs to us.

John is great.   He got information from me over the phone and knew immediately what the problem was.  Showed up within the hour with the right part and had my oven fixed in 20 minutes. 
This is the second time we have used Best Service.  Last year he fixed our high end microwave.  I would highly recommend John to anyone who needs appliance repair.
