AMS Of The South

Early Saturday morning the a\c was blowing hot air, and the fan wouldn’t turn off. Through my home warrant company, they assigned AMS. It took a long time for AMS to get back with me and set up and appointment. Late Saturday evening they advised a repair man would arrive on Monday, but they could not give an estimated time of arrival . Late Monday even the repair guy finally arrives and fixes the problem with in 30 minutes . He got my a/c up and running in no time. The repair guy was professional and friendly. Only bad thing was the long wait time.

We called our warranty company in the middle of the night about our A/C being out. They sent AMS. The technician showed up the following morning before lunch. He called 30 minutes ahead so we would be ready and was professional and courteous. He had the repair part in his truck and got our unit running quickly. Nomore box fans!

Everything went well.  Provider was assigned by my home warranty company.  I reported problem to warranty company around midnight and the next morning I got an email notifying me of the provider who had been assigned..  Technician called me about 10:00 AM and gave me an onsite ETA.  He arrived about 20 minutes early and the repair was completed in under 30 minutes.  He also topped off my Freon level at no additional charge.  Very pleased with warranty company and service provider.

I have a home warranty through American Home Shield so when our air conditioner went out yesterday, I filed a claim with them.  AMS A/C called this morning and came out a couple of hours later.  Brad replaced the fan motor and checked and added freon.  So far I have no complaints, everything seems to be working just fine.  I really did appreciate the fact that he came almost immediately.  I have a $125.00 deductible to pay in addition to the freon.  I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Brad and his crew arrived on time and completed the installation in a timely manner. Brad and his crew did an excellent job. Brad was very professional, and I would highly recommend him.

would never use them again. When they came to fix the real problem i asked the guy why he did the quick fix that did not work and not check the entire system. He said 90% of the time that fixes it. I told him it damage my ceiling which is now at my cost and he got upset and told me we are here to fix it today. no I'm sorry or anything. Their work i the end was great but again only after getting the big boss out and him being forced to fix it.

It took them about 10 minutes to do the job. The price was covered by my home warranty service so I just paid my contract fee. This company was given to me by the home warranty service and I had never used them before. I am happy with what they did and they were very responsive and knowledgeable to get it done so quickly. The technician was a nice guy and I will use them again in the future.
