$45
My home owners insurance sent out Alpine Air Conditioning & Heating the first time they came out.  I had to call them, they were suppose to call me.  He was here like October 15th.  I just had to pay the $45 for him to come out.  My home owners insurance paid the remainder.  I would give them an overall D because they didn't even look at the coils.  I think an AC company that comes out because your ac is giving you problems they should look at everything.  I think it was four days, he had to order  the part, then he had to wait for it to come in, then he had to pick it up and he had to get the fan motor number, and it just left a bad taste in my mouth, the whole thing right there.  I think it was over priced.

No Problems found. Found unit was clean and did not have to service condenser of evaporator. Pressure was fine. Observed rust in drip pan in attic and while not currently an issue it may be in future years. Not sure if he oiled the fan motors or if they were the type that needed oil. (I did not go into attic myself).
