We called this company to have our home inspected. Our realtor gave me his phamplet with his prices on it and the services that are included with the inspection as standard. We chose him because he ofers "video plumbing" which we NEEDED and if we had to call a plumber over to do this, it would have cost $250. They do residential and commercial. My husband is an architect and knew most of everything already and said the inspector was correct and the inspector opened our eyes to other things as well. The price was a little cheaper than others we looked at AND he offered MORE services as standard! He was on time and emailed the report the next day.
