I had home inspections preformed on 2 houses. Jay the inspector arrived early for both appointments and began the external inspections before the agent or I arrived. he was very professional, introduced himself and continued working. Watching him work he was very thorough, in general I left him alone while he worked, but he readily answered any questions I had while he worked. when the inspections were complete he sat and explained his findings. He also showed me the major repairs needed, visualizing the problems was a great help. He took the time to explain some of the repair options I might need to consider. I have no doubt that Jay through A-Pro saved me from buying a home that would have required 10's of thousands in repairs. Jay inspected the home I am now buying and recommended some needed repairs that the present owner is fixing. I found the work done by Jay to be professional and thorough. I also understand I will receive a hardback book of my inspection, that is pretty neat for a first time home owner to receive. I will be telling every one I meet who needs a home inspection about Jay and A-Pro, it is nice to know I will reach other buyers through Angies list.
