I was afraid I'd never get anyone for such a small job. I called them, they called back (refreshing in and of itself), came to look at the job within a couple of days. They even called when they were going to be a little later than they said! Diagnosed the problem (even made an improvement on the spot with no charge) then returned a week later, at a time convenient to me. Mike completed the work quickly and proficiently, left no mess and was pleasant and professional. I am thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend them.
