Mike did an excellent job.  We live about 70 miles from where our house was being built, so we needed a general contractor who could oversee and coordinate the building and subcontractor work.  The house is a custom design, 3000 square feet living, 5600 square feet total.  Mike and his crew provided the forming, framing, trim, and cabinet work.  Concrete, plumbing, electrical, masonry and flooring were subcontracted by Mike.   The house came together quickly.  Not to say there weren't a few delays in material and one or two late or slow subs.  Nonetheless, we were impressed with the quality of work performed. 
The house framing was solid. 
The cabinetry and trim were superior quality. 
Mike is a perfectionist with regard to the work performed.  If job didn't meet ours or his standards, he made it right without hesitation.  Mike also looked for the best prices for materials. 
Another major plus with mike is communication.  He always responded to phone or text messages.  He would give advice but wasn't pushy with opinions,  Any variations from plan were discussed, including impact to budget.  Ideas were frequently provided to help keep us within budget.  Final cost came in within budget.  He was very easy to work with. 
Mike and his crew are highly recommended.

The wife was very nice, and took my financial situation into consideration, considering I am a single parent and was working 2 jobs to provide. But I did not receive a 2nd return call after the husband learned of my situation. I had the finances to pay deposit & monthly payment, but he did not think that I would have enough money to live on after those pymts. It is my responsibilty to provide for my children, and as long as rent was paid that should have been his only concern.

He did good work. He did an excellent job in my addition. He did a wonderful job. I was pleased and that was why I was trying to get him back to do my deck. I would use his services again in the future.

UPDATE - I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MR. BAHAM VIA PHONE AND COMPUTER FOR SEVERAL JOBS OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS - ONCE TO REPAIR A DECK FOR ME A YEAR OR SO BACK;  NOW, TO DO AN ADDITION. HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES WITH NO RETURN CALLS.

I DID GIVE THEM AN 'A' ON MY PROJECT THEY DID FOR ME YEARS AGO BUT NOW - WHAT IS GOING ON? I WILL FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO DO MY WORK - ONE WHO AT LEAST CAN RETURN A PHONE CALL. IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO DO THE JOB  - AT LEAST TAKE 2 MINUTES OUT TO CALL BACK A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER
