"Thank you for your business and for taking time to write this review. We strive to answer any questions you may have so you may have a thorough understanding of your system."
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for the review. I am sorry you had to wait over the weekend and that we weren't able to completely resolve your issue at the time of service. We are working on training technicians to help with this. I would like to address the quote and tank statement. A typical sewer system for a 3 bedroom residential is commonly referred to as a 500 gallon tank. This is misleading. It should be referred to as a 500 gallon per day tank, meaning that it is able to properly treat 500 gallons of waste per day. The volume of the tank is different. There are quite a few tank manufacturers who are authorized to install tanks in Louisiana, and their tank volumes range from approximately 800 gallons to approximately 1200 gallons. Our base price covers up to 1000 gallons of waste pumped from the tank. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding."
"Thank you. We do our best."
"Thank you for your business! We try our best to inform customers about getting their tanks properly cleaned, and keeping them maintained."
