We had a short time-frame to get 4 bedrooms painted before moving into a newly purchased home. Todd met with me and gave me an estimate (which was the price he charged me). At that time, Todd told me he works for a lot of contractors and would fit me in. He and his crew showed up when he said they would. A majority of the painting was done in one day with a crew of 4-5 guys. They came back a few days later to do touch ups and a second coat where needed.
Pro:
- Showed up when he said they would, on time
- Good communication: When I would leave a message on Todd's phone, he would call me back within a few hours
- Fair price
Con:
- only uses Farrell Calhoun paint - not my favorite
- Crew was not professional - found cigerette butts put out on the concrete floor (unfinished) of my bedroom and patio. Also, I showed up unexpected at the house to find them yelling and cussing each other out.
While I am pleased with the end result, I will not be using him again. I think what bothered me the most was his attitude toward me and my and quot;smalland quot; job. Working for contractors, he is less customer service oriented than other painters who work for individual homeowners.
