Excellent response and mission accomplished.

I first called Zeigler Tuesday morning 02/07/2012. The owner answered the phone after I told him what service I needed. He (Scot Marionneaux) asked me what would be a good time.I told him any time. He said I can be there in 45 minutes. He was here within that time. Looked at the two threes. Told me how he would go about removing them. Asked if that was ok. gave me the price and a very fair price at that. I gave him the ok he told me he could do it within a week. He called me the next day and asked if saturday was ok. I said yes he said he would have a crew here a 8 am . That was fine with me. He was here on time. He had a large truck crane a large haul truck and a bobcat to load with. He told them were to set up at . they were set up and taking down the first limb by 8:30 am. They had put plywood down to protect the ground and driveway from the crane outriggers. Also to set the limbs on for cutting and loading with the bobcat. I was impressed at how well and safe his crew worked. The crew cut and loaded two large threes cleaned up in less than 3 hours.Work completed 02/11/2012 The men he had have been working with the company for a good many years. That alone says a lot about a company. He took out a insurance policy for my job and sent me a email copy before starting work. Also he is a state licensed Arborist Lic #1017. I would and will use him again if the need comes up.
