The roof and soffit quality of work were fine.  Some components took much longer to complete due to procrastination in getting back to the site to take care of it. As of 6-1-13 there is still a piece of trim that goes with the roofing component that is not attached to complete the job.  The contractor was paid based on a promise to complete the work but cannot be reached and will not respond to calls or texts.  We are still attempting to get completion.

Recent threats to report to the Better Business Bureau got a series of text responses with yet more excuses but no indication that he intends to put the final trim piece for the roofing in place even though he was paid already.  Although the quality of work is decent, the lack of discipline to complete the work and the  lack of professionalism will certainly keep me from using this company again.

The bottom line is that it looks like they put on a fine roof. I'm very pleased with it. However, it was very difficult to get a hold of them. I had questions throughout the process and all I got was their answering machines and voice mails. They would arrive without notification. I told the owner that is was most important for me to know when they were going to start the job. They said they were going to start Friday. Nobody showed up the whole weekend and then when they did show up it was a day that I was looking forward to sleeping in and they showed up unannounced at 8 AM. I didn't appreciate that. I am pleased with the job but I wished I would have had a little more contact with them throughout the process.

My wife and I was scheduled to leave Baton Rouge on Thursday afternoon and returned on Sunday. Materials were delivered as scheduled Thursday afternoon and work began on the roof Friday morning.
