Terrible! They knocked a big hole in the floor and into the ceiling above a closet, sending plaster and dirty water showering into my closet, and they did not tell us they had done this. I heard dripping the evening after the repair and opened the closet door to find the surprise mess. There was also another leak, where they had sprung the valve on the water heater, which caused it to overflow into the ceiling. So we are left with a lot of damage. They did come over quickly to inspect but they are denying responsibility. It was clear they had rest a pipe to run uphill. duh. AVOID this business!!!
