This review is late but I hired him last year and the work was horrible and he had an excuse every step of the way. His crew did not even demo what we paid them to demo and his excuse was the old drywall looks fine despite me paying him for the work. They left huge chunks of damaged drywall and his excuse was we can get wider mounding. The mounding would literally have to cover our outlets for that to work. Speaking of outlets, they cut the holes so big that there was no drywall for them to screw into. They also cut our internet connections and sealed them away so we had to pay a technician to come out and rewire for the internet. They did not even bother finishing the drywall completely. They left numerous screws visible. This was just their work in the living room. We also paid them to patch the ceiling in a couple of rooms that were having ceiling fans installed. In one of the rooms, they cut a huge hole in the ceiling only to install a piece of drywall at an angle making it incredibly difficult to install the ceiling fan level. I saw all the reviews and thought I hired someone I could trust but instead, I wasted almost $3000 to learn a lesson about the risk in hiring a contractor.

This was a job that needed to be completed within 24-48 hours and GP Builders gave a quote over the phone, arrived early, did great work, and left the apartment clean.

Great from a customer service perspective. Gerald was responsive, the price quoted was fair, his team reported when they said they would and job overall was great. It was almost like the cracks that I had in the ceiling weren't there. There were a few spots that weren't painted evenly, but I hope that that will be corrected.

They were in touch before the appointment and called when on the way. They understood what needed to be done and went to work. They patched a part of my living room wall that was cut out due to a plumbing issue. I had the paint from the original work, and they painted after the patch was complete. You would never know that there had been a cut out in that wall! Went over some other things that I needed and will be working with them again.

GP did great work and was concerned about customer needs and desires. Gerald checked all work and if something was not to your satisfaction, he would have it corrected. all in all, the job was very well done.

He did really well with his work. It was very good in the price and was done in a timely manner. He is extremely polite. There were a few changes that I wanted to make and he was willing to make them to please me. It was really nice overall. He was easy going and very professional. Very good to work with.
