They got the job done very quickly and we're professional and polite.

We had used CCR Ponds twice....once in 2007 and again in 2012. We were extremely pleased with their work on both of the projects and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

David and his crew arrived on the scheduled day and brought in a very small digging machine to build the 1100-1300 gallon pond. The 20and quot; deep pond is lined with a vulcanized pond liner, includes an over-sized filtration system, auto-fill, lights, attractive plantings and a waterfall. The project was completed in 3 days. David did return for some minor details touch-ups and training on maintaining the area the afternoon of the 4th day. His system for presentation of the design, the selection and delivery of materials, and the focused work ethic of his crew exhibited great professionalism with experience and comfort in his job. Of all the projects we have contracted in the 11 years we have lived in this house, this was the easiest, most efficient project we have done.
My only regret was we didn't know how much we would enjoy the water and fish. We should have done it bigger and sooner in our list of upgrades to the landscape and renovations on the house.

David and his crew are very accessible and cordual. I have found that they are very professional and conscience. They responded to a disaster created by another company and corrected those mistakes for me. They have also offered information about maintenance for the pondat no cost.

I drain and clean the pond once a year with the help of a friend.

My phone call expressing interest in a quotation was answered promptly. David Aucoin visited and spent an hour and a half discussing the scope of the work and what it would require for time and materials. He estimated that it would be about three weeks before the work could be done and he was accurate. The work required 2 full days and some finish work for a couple of hours on the third day. The crew of four work efficiently with no wasted time. The waterfall and pond are beautiful. The water is clear and the fish and plants survived the process. We have used David's services in the past to install a drainage system for our yard. We were happy with the work then and we are very happy with our new pond.

They provided maintenance about a year ago. The pump went out and they came and put in a temporary pump until they could get another pump ordered. The people they sent out were knowledgeable, which was good because I had them clean it out too. That was the first time we had it cleaned. They came and they explained everything to my wife what they were doing. I actually got to come home after work and saw that they were still working on it, so I got to see all that they were doing. They seemed very knowledgeable. They explained what would happen once they put the water back in and the fish back in that they might foam. We actually had a lot of foam on top of it afterwards. I called them to find out and they said it was because the fish were stressed from being moved from the pond and the foam would go down in a few days, which it did. They answered the phone, returned calls, and explained what was going on. I was pleased with them. The maintaining was because I asked them to come out. I had them come out one another time to clean the pond as it can build up sludge on the bottom. They told me that whatever I was doing, I was keeping it really clean and they didn't need to do anything. There was no charge for that. I had the pump stop another time. They came out and a snake had gotten into the pump at the bottom. It had crawled into the intake and stopped the pump. The guy showed me how I could check that if it happened again. I also was able to put a little screen on the outlet and the overflow things to keep the snakes from crawling into it. The next time it did stop, I was able to see if there was a snake and that's when I put a screen over it. I will continue to use them.

Very well. Two workers came out, worked neatly and efficiently. The job took about four hours to complete.
