This is the second time I have done business with these folks.  They display an attitude of professionalism and integrity that is so often missing nowadays.  From my first telephone contact with Ashlynn (probably not spelled correctly!) when she actually asked me if I would like the techs to call before they just showed up at my house to the actual repair, everything was done well.  I do often request a call before people come to my home so that I can be prepared, but to have it offered to me without me having to request it, well, that is outstanding in my book.  The techs, Larry and Brandon, came within the time frame promised, did indeed call before showing up, and were patient and professional with me in carefully listening to what I had to say and then doing their work in a timely manner.  They did not seem to be rushing just to move on and get to the next job.  Based on the 2 experiences I have had with company, they have my business for the foreseeable future.
Trust me, I am difficult to impress, so if they impressed me, that is saying a LOT!

He was pretty quick to figure out what was wrong. When he came out, it was raining too but he was pretty quick. There were no big problems so that was good.

Had to call an AC repairman to come out on the 4th of July. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and professional and said they'd have someone out asap. The repairman arrived within an hour or so and quickly found the problem. After reseating a leaking valve and refilling the unit with freon, everything worked fine. Had to call them back the next day for the same thing, was told it would take a while because they were very busy, but they'd be there asap. The repairman arrived within 1.5-2.0 hrs. After checking the valve again and discovering it leaking again, he replaced the valve and refilled the freon again. After apologizing for not just replacing the valve the day before, he informed us there was no charge for the service call since it was a call back. This is the second time in a year or two that we've used this company. We've been pleased both times. For as long as their service and professionalism continue to be as good as we've received, they will remain the only company we call for AC service work.
