Carpet Cleaning
The man was so rude, and very short like I was bothering him and was an inconvenience for him. He did not want to be bothered with coming on post to do our carpet to remove the stain that we have. He was even said its not coming out so its a waste of my time. He was not really even wanting to try. My thing is that we are the customer and if we are willing to pay you to at least try and get it out why not at least try it. I even asked him if he knew how to use the chems and then apply the heat to get the stain out, and then explained that we had to have it done back in TX and it got the stains out pretty good. He did not want to hear any of it. It was his was or nothing and so it was nothing because we went with a guy in Alexanderia, LA.
