They were unfamiliar with Hyundai's, especially the AC units. They had to look up how to do the job and read the manual step by step, which was very hard for them to read. At the end of the day, they did not change out my whole system and had new parts leftover from my AC kit.
When done, they attempted to put my skid plate back on my car. I thought they had done it right until my wife was driving the car the next day and the skid plate fell off and was shredded to pieces. They almost completely refused to deal with me after that, and was giving me the worse time about replacing my skid plate stating and quot;They are plastic and they don't last forever.and quot;
At the end of the day I traded my Sonata in for a Prius, told them to forget about buying me a new skid plate and bargained for a free oil changed. So I took my 2008 Prius I had just gotten for an oil change and again just very unprofessional and didn't even know how to start the prius..... Need I say more?

Did a super job and got it back quick

I bought 4 toyo tires which were at a great price, but there is a catch no balancing or alignment. They can't even do it there. I also asked them to do an oil change and a tune up while they had it and they forgot. The did not charge me but I had to go back to get the oil change and they were rude that I did not remind them event though it was on my work order. When I came back a second time she told me it would be done in three hours I came back and my oil change was outrageously expensive and when I asked if it had the tune up they forgot again. So if you want a great price on tires yes go here but take it somewhere else for the balance and everything and it may still be cheaper for better tires but I would not go there for anything else.
