I have five (5) vehicles and I pretty much use Henry?s for my tire needs. I have used them since they were a small business on Highway 467. That?s how good this business is.
This business is awesome in service and quality. They are very nice people and professional even when they are bombarded with business. They try to work with your schedule as well as get your vehicle to you as soon as possible.
The last visit was actually a problem I had with the valve of one of my tires. The low tire light lit up so I was checking my tires pressure. But one of the tires I was not able to register a gauge. So I stopped by the shop and an employee came out and put some air in the tire and was fine. He did not charge me for the service.
A few hours later while I was at home, the light came up again and this time I heard a hissing sound like air was escaping. So I hurried down to the shop again and asked if someone could look at the tire. Apparently the valve was faulty and an employee changed it for me right on the spot - again, no charge for the service.
I think if corporations and big businesses had the customer service quality Henry?s has, the world would be a better place.
